If only I could have a talking map telling me exactly where
to go to find people! Dora has it easy compared to us! In trying to find
someone named Enday, we wandered throughout the jungles for a while, seeing no
people for hours. Then suddenly, as we came upon this house, this giant parade
emerged with at least 100 people in it and a couple floats with angel statues
on top. Before I knew it, we were being fed bancit and teaching 4 new
investigators in that home. It was definitely one of those moments where I had
to ask myself, "How did I get here?" 
In searching for Enday, I
discovered that everyone and their dog is named Enday. No literally, I met a
dog the same day named Enday too. We still have yet to find the real Enday, but
I'll update soon as you wait with baited breath. Maybe #findenday2k15 will
start to trend haha.
This week we also had the baptism of Mary Joyce, whose
father is a member. The work continues to be amazing and I know that at the end
of my mission I'll be able to sing with Dora "We did it! Yay!"
You amaze me how upbeat you are able to be in circumstances that must be frustrating at times! But there is always a silver lining :)
